All items available on Sela.ae are delivered to you with the brand’s warranty and protection promise!

All items available on Sela.ae are guaranteed to be original stock from the brand, the distributor, or the manufactory warehouse. They carry a limited original warranty from the brand or the distributor that protects them against any manufacturing default.

The warranty begins on the day that your item(s) is received (item delivery day) and lasts as per the brand’s Terms and Conditions (mentioned on the attached warranty).

In case the product is defective on delivery, the after-sales service will decide whether the product should be replaced or repaired. However, repairs are not accepted under the following conditions:

The defect is due to improper use (improper voltage, exposure to liquid, abuse or misuse, etc…);

The serial number on the product is unknown;

The item has been repaired by a third part.

When shipping within the UAE, your order will arrive within these delivery estimates, based on your location and selected shipping speed. When you place an order, your credit card is immediately charged. Included in your payment is a pre-calculated fee for shipping. You will also have the option to pay Cash on Delivery when you receive your shipments from the courier.

For buyers within the UAE, shipping charges and options vary according to the product being purchased and are listed in the chart below unless otherwise noted in the seller’s policies.

Note: Seller shipping times aren’t guaranteed and the actual performance varies by seller. In many areas, Friday and Saturday delivery may be available. If weekend delivery is available to your destination, it will be specified on the product page and/or during checkout. Delivery estimates for the Next Day shipments to destinations that don’t have weekend delivery are based on two business day transit times, not including Friday or Saturday.

All deliveries are insured by insurance from our warehouse or supplier warehouse to your home.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (or any other agreed currency). Also we accept Cash On Delivery.

All payments are done via Mashreq Bank, operating on a professional third party: Amazon Payment Services (PAYFORT).
In case of a refund, it will be initially processed to you wallet account that can be used later for placing new orders or request a refund on the same credit/debit card. It takes 7 working days to proceed from our side and then it will be credited back to your card according to your bank timing.

This is why, when you use your credit/debit card, all your data is encrypted to the highest standard and held on a secure computer that means it’s protected from hackers and criminals. Once the Cash on Delivery Service is made available for you, then you can order online and pay cash at your doorstep!
We will be offering our loyal customers Cash on Delivery (COD) service as an option for payment in your local currency of AED.
While placing your order, choose ‘Cash on delivery’ as your payment method. Print your order confirmation until you receive your order.
Please note:
The maximum order value for Cash On Delivery (COD) payment is 3500 AED.
You will be charged a non-refundable fee of AED 7.00 applies on cash payment as handling charges.
The carrier will collect the amount due for the order total, including handling fees upon delivery.
Payment for COD will only be accepted in the local currency (United Arab Emirates Dirhams), as displayed during checkout.

From the day you receive your item, our return policy is valid for 7 days.
Item(s) purchased on Sela.ae may be returned and/or exchanged by pickup from our shipping company.
Please ensure that returned item(s) are supplemented with your order confirmation, a copy of your delivery note along with all accessories and free of charge gifts.
If you have received an item(s) that is defective (e.g. delivered with ripped or missing parts or other damage) it may be returned for a replacement or full credit upon approval.

The item(s) should be in its original and unopened packaging, along with the corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note, accessories, and free gifts.
For a pickup service, delivery charges may apply.
